There were 9 of us in a tiny booth, one of our party left as he's 6'5 and felt uncomfortable.
Apart from that, it's a great night out, but it was better before covid when there was space for everyone to dance, as well as wigs and blow up instruments.
Oh also the toilets had no paper and were really gross.
Went for a friends birthday and staff were friendly. When there were rowdy lads trying to come into our room they sorted it out, were generally really nice and helpful and at the end of the night they helped us look after a friend and weren't pissy about it at all. The staff made it a safe space even if some of the other customers were not great. Music selection was good and the private rooms were great for a dance and a sing.
Been here three times now, and it's great, the service is good the DJ was great and its real fun in the karaoke booths ... I'd like a larger range of music titles if possible (it is massive anyway) only complaint is that the cocktails could be stronger !
The age restrictions are NOT clearly stated on the website - got through a whole booking for a party of 15 year old girls and even added a 12 online about 2 weeks prior to the event and only when we got to the door the staff told us that none of us could come in. After asking to speak to the manager calmly, the staff responded saying that we were being aggressive and rude. We were neither, just cross and confused. Please have an age restriction BEFORE being able to book rather than putting it in a small print.
Good karaoke. Aggressive door staff and even more aggressive bar guy who didn't believe I'd ordered drinks to our room and made me show him proof of payment, only to then find it in his order list. The sort of guy who would probably try to sleep with your sister at a family wedding.
A great karaoke bar - really wide song selection and staff are responsive to drink requests. Not all drinks were available on the app, and the cocktails are quite expensive but aligned with Upper St prices generally. We visited on a Sunday evening, booked just beforehand, and it wasn't busy at all, which probably helped the quick service!
